Data Deletion Instructions
1. Deleting Your Account and Data from the App
To delete your personal data associated with your account or usage of the Post Man App, please follow these steps:
Option 1: In-App Data Deletion (If Available)

Open the Post Man App.

Go to the Settings section (usually found in the menu).

Locate the option titled "Delete Account" or "Delete Data".

Confirm your decision to delete your account/data. You may be asked to enter your email or phone number to verify your request.
If you do not see the option for data deletion within the app, please use one of the following methods:
Option 2: Contact Us Directly
If the in-app data deletion feature is not available, you can request data deletion by contacting us directly.
To initiate the deletion process, please send us an email or message with the subject line "Request for Data Deletion" to:

In your request, please include the following details:

Your name.

The email address associated with your account (if applicable).

A statement confirming that you would like to delete your account and personal data from our system.
2. What Happens After Data Deletion
Once we receive your request, we will take the necessary steps to delete your account and personal data from our servers. This will include:

Account Deletion: Your account will be permanently deleted.

Data Deletion: All personal data associated with your account, including any quotes or submissions you’ve made, will be erased.
Please note:

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

If you have used our app’s features to submit quotes or other content, some of this content may remain visible to other users in a de-identified or aggregated form (such as anonymous usage statistics), depending on the app’s design and functionality.
3. Retention of Certain Data
We may retain certain data for legal or compliance purposes, such as:

Billing records (if any).

Legal obligations: If required by law, we may retain data for a specified period.
We will ensure that any retained data is stored securely and only used for the purposes required by law.
4. Deletion Timeframe
After receiving your request, we aim to process the deletion of your personal data within 7-14 business days. However, please note that there may be delays during peak times or if additional verification is needed.
5. How to Revoke Data Deletion Request
